Users browse listed items, select a specific item, review the displayed price, complete checkout, and receive the selected item through a supported delivery method, including Steam trade delivery where available.
SkinVolt does not provide case opening, loot boxes, random rewards, betting, gambling, roulette, jackpot mechanics, skin upgrade gambling, chance-based purchase mechanics, investment services, financial trading services, or Steam account sales.
Each purchase on SkinVolt relates to a specific selected item shown before checkout.
3. Independent Marketplace Disclaimer
SkinVolt operates as an independent digital marketplace for virtual cosmetic game items.
SkinVolt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected with Valve Corporation, Steam, Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, or any related entities.
All trademarks, item names, game names, game assets, and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Any references to Steam, Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, item names, skins, cases, collections, or game-related terminology are used only for descriptive marketplace identification.
Users remain responsible for complying with Steam rules, Valve terms, game terms, and any applicable third-party platform rules.
4. Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use SkinVolt.
By using SkinVolt, you confirm that:
- you meet the age requirement;
- you are legally permitted to use SkinVolt in your location;
- you are not located in or acting on behalf of a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction;
- you are not a sanctioned person or entity;
- you will use SkinVolt only for lawful purposes;
- you will comply with applicable laws, payment rules, Steam rules, and platform policies.
SkinVolt may refuse service, restrict accounts, cancel orders, delay delivery, request verification, or block access where required or appropriate for legal, fraud prevention, payment, compliance, security, or operational reasons.
5. Steam Sign-In and Account Identity
Steam sign-in is the primary account access method for SkinVolt.
SkinVolt may receive or process Steam account data necessary for account identification and marketplace functionality, including SteamID64, Steam display name, Steam avatar, Steam profile URL, and public Steam profile information.
SkinVolt does not request, collect, or store Steam password, Steam Guard code, Steam two-factor authentication code, Steam session cookies, Steam API key, or Steam login credentials.
Users must never enter their Steam password or Steam Guard code on SkinVolt.
You are responsible for securing your Steam account, email account, devices, browser, and any connected accounts.
6. Guest Users
Guest users may browse public pages and listings where available.
Guest users cannot add items to cart, access cart, access balance, top up balance, checkout, create orders, access profile, access order history, save email, or save Steam Trade URL.
If a guest user attempts to add an item, buy an item, open cart, or checkout, SkinVolt may redirect the user to Steam sign-in.
7. Email Requirement
After signing in with Steam, users may be required to provide a valid email address before full account functionality or checkout.
SkinVolt may use email for receipts, order updates, delivery updates, support communication, account notices, security notices, compliance requests, and payment/delivery communication.
Users are responsible for keeping their email address accurate and up to date.
8. Steam Trade URL and Delivery Details
Some items may require a Steam Trade URL or other delivery information.
Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
A Steam Trade URL is used only to prepare or send Steam trade offers where required.
A Steam Trade URL does not give SkinVolt access to a user’s Steam password, Steam Guard, Steam cookies, or Steam account login.
SkinVolt is not responsible for failed, delayed, or impossible delivery caused by incorrect Steam Trade URL, invalid Trade URL token, changed Steam privacy settings, unavailable Steam inventory, Steam account restrictions, trade bans, trade holds, user declining or ignoring a trade offer, Steam outage, Steam platform limitation, user error, or third-party platform restriction.
9. Fixed-Price Purchases
Each listing displays the selected item and its price at the time of checkout.
Users must review item name, exterior, float value where available, item grade, price, currency, delivery details, order summary, and refund terms.
A purchase is for the specific selected item shown during checkout, subject to availability, stock validation, payment confirmation, fraud review, compliance review, delivery eligibility, and platform rules.
SkinVolt may cancel or refuse a transaction if the item is no longer available, was already sold, the listing contained a technical/pricing error, payment fails or is reversed, the account fails security or compliance checks, delivery cannot be completed, or the transaction creates legal, payment, fraud, operational, or reputational risk.
10. Item Reservation and Stock Validation
SkinVolt may temporarily reserve selected items during checkout.
A reservation does not guarantee purchase completion.
An order is not final until SkinVolt confirms user authentication, valid cart, current stock, current price, successful payment, order acceptance, and delivery eligibility.
If payment fails, checkout expires, the user does not complete required steps, or the order is cancelled, the reservation may be released.
11. Payments
Available payment methods may include card payments, wallet payments, account balance, or other methods made available by SkinVolt.
Payment availability may depend on country, currency, provider, risk checks, account status, compliance requirements, and technical availability.
SkinVolt does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers that apply their own rules, checks, limits, privacy practices, and risk decisions.
Transactions may be reviewed, delayed, declined, cancelled, reversed, or restricted for fraud prevention, payment security, AML/KYC review, sanctions compliance, chargeback prevention, technical integrity, legal compliance, or platform protection.
Users must use payment methods they are legally authorized to use.
12. Currency and Pricing
SkinVolt may display prices in supported currencies such as USD and EUR.
Currency conversion may depend on SkinVolt exchange rate settings, payment provider rates, bank rates, card network rates, or checkout currency selected by the user.
The final checkout amount is shown before payment.
Users are responsible for reviewing the final price and currency before completing payment.
13. Delivery of Digital Cosmetic Items
Delivery is considered complete when the selected item has been transferred, delivered, made available, or otherwise provided to the user through a supported delivery method.
Delivery may occur through Steam trade offer, internal delivery status, or another delivery method supported by SkinVolt.
Delivery may be instant or may require additional processing depending on payment confirmation, stock validation, Steam availability, fraud review, compliance review, user Trade URL, Steam account status, and technical status.
SkinVolt does not guarantee uninterrupted Steam availability or third-party platform availability.
14. Final Sale and Refund Principle
Due to the nature of digital cosmetic item delivery, once an item has been delivered, transferred, accepted, or otherwise made available to the user, the transaction is generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by SkinVolt after review.
Refunds are not provided for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, market price changes, decrease in item value, inability to resell, incorrect expectations, failure to read listing details, selecting the wrong item, entering incorrect delivery information, failing to accept trade offer in time, Steam account restrictions, dissatisfaction after delivery, or third-party marketplace price differences.
Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, duplicate payments, and delivery issues are governed by the Refund & Delivery Policy.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users should contact SkinVolt support before filing a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed.
Users must not file false, misleading, abusive, bad-faith, or meritless chargebacks, refund claims, fraud claims, or unauthorized transaction claims for transactions they authorized and for items that were delivered, transferred, accepted, or otherwise made available.
SkinVolt may contest chargebacks and provide evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud prevention providers, legal advisers, regulators, or other competent parties.
Evidence may include account records, SteamID64, email, acceptance of terms, IP address, device information, payment metadata, order history, delivery logs, Steam trade confirmation records, support communication, and compliance review records.
Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising legitimate rights under applicable law.
16. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use SkinVolt for fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, identity theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, stolen payment methods, false information submission, bot activity, marketplace manipulation, exploiting pricing errors, exploiting technical bugs, unauthorized access, scraping or overloading the platform, bypassing compliance/security checks, harassment or abusive support behavior, violating Steam or third-party platform rules, or unlawful activity.
SkinVolt may restrict accounts, cancel orders, deny delivery, refuse service, or report activity where appropriate.
17. AML, KYC, Fraud Review, and Verification
SkinVolt may monitor accounts, payments, orders, refunds, chargebacks, delivery activity, IP data, device data, Steam identifiers, email addresses, Trade URLs, and support communications for fraud prevention, AML/CTF compliance, sanctions compliance, payment security, platform integrity, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
SkinVolt may request verification where required or appropriate.
Verification may include identity verification, payment ownership confirmation, proof of address, source-of-funds information, or additional documentation.
Failure to cooperate may result in order cancellation, account restriction, delivery delay, refund delay, refusal of service, or other legally permitted action.
18. Restricted Jurisdictions
SkinVolt does not provide services to users who are located in, resident in, incorporated in, or acting on behalf of countries, territories, persons, entities, or regions subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, trade restrictions, or legal prohibitions.
SkinVolt may restrict access where location, IP address, billing information, payment method, Steam account information, delivery details, or other risk signals indicate a restricted or high-risk jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for ensuring that use of SkinVolt is lawful in their jurisdiction.
19. Intellectual Property
SkinVolt website content, branding, interface, code, and data are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, or misuse SkinVolt content, branding, interface, code, or data except as expressly permitted.
Third-party names, marks, item references, game names, and item imagery are used for identification and descriptive marketplace purposes only and remain property of their respective owners.
20. Platform Availability
SkinVolt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
SkinVolt may modify, suspend, restrict, update, or discontinue any feature, listing, payment method, delivery method, marketplace function, or service where permitted by law.
SkinVolt does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, availability of any specific item, compatibility with every device or browser, uninterrupted Steam functionality, uninterrupted payment provider availability, or uninterrupted third-party platform support.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkinVolt and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, suppliers, payment partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.
This includes damages connected with market value changes, resale losses, Steam restrictions, third-party platform issues, payment provider decisions, delivery delays, user error, security mistakes, or inability to use a purchased item.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkinVolt’s total liability for any claim relating to a transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
22. Account Suspension and Termination
SkinVolt may suspend, restrict, review, or terminate accounts where it reasonably suspects fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, AML/KYC risk, sanctions risk, platform manipulation, prohibited conduct, underage use, violation of these Terms, or other activity creating legal, financial, operational, security, or reputational risk.
Account restriction may include disabling checkout, withholding delivery, cancelling orders, requiring verification, freezing account functions, or refusing future service.
23. Support and Dispute Handling
Users should contact support first for any issue.
Support email:
support@skinvolt.io
When contacting support, include email, SteamID64 if available, order ID, payment reference if relevant, issue description, and screenshots or evidence where relevant.
Formal governing law and dispute venue may be finalized after the operating legal entity and jurisdiction are fully confirmed.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
24. Changes to These Terms
SkinVolt may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website.
Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect when published.
Continued use of SkinVolt after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
