1. General Principle
SkinVolt is a fixed-price marketplace for digital cosmetic game items.
Users select a specific listed item, pay the displayed price, and receive the selected item through a supported delivery method.
Because digital cosmetic items may be delivered quickly through Steam or another supported method, purchases are generally final once the selected item has been delivered, transferred, accepted, or otherwise made available to the user.
Refunds are considered only in limited cases after review.
2. No Randomized Purchases
SkinVolt does not provide case opening, loot boxes, random rewards, gambling, roulette, jackpot mechanics, skin upgrade gambling, or chance-based purchases.
Each order relates to a specific selected item shown before checkout.
3. Immediate Digital Delivery
SkinVolt may begin delivery after user authentication, order creation, payment confirmation, stock validation, fraud and compliance checks, and delivery details validation.
By completing checkout, the user requests delivery of the selected digital item.
Once delivery has started or the item has been delivered, transferred, accepted, or otherwise made available, cancellation and refund rights may be limited where permitted by law.
4. When Delivery Is Complete
Delivery may be considered complete when:
- the item has been delivered through Steam trade;
- the user has accepted the Steam trade offer;
- the item has been transferred to the user’s Steam inventory;
- the item has been made available through another supported delivery method;
- SkinVolt delivery records confirm delivery;
- Steam trade records confirm delivery;
- another supported delivery confirmation method confirms delivery.
5. No Refund After Successful Delivery
Once the purchased item has been successfully delivered, transferred, accepted, or otherwise made available, the transaction is generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by SkinVolt after review.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- buyer’s remorse;
- change of mind;
- market price changes;
- item value decreasing after purchase;
- inability to resell item;
- selecting wrong item;
- failure to read listing details;
- incorrect expectations;
- wrong Steam Trade URL;
- failure to accept trade offer in time;
- Steam account limitations;
- Steam privacy settings;
- trade restrictions;
- personal dissatisfaction after delivery;
- third-party marketplace price differences.
6. Failed Payments
If payment fails, is declined, expires, or is not confirmed by the payment provider:
- no item will be delivered;
- no completed order will be created unless payment is later confirmed;
- cart or reservation may be released;
- user may retry checkout if item remains available.
SkinVolt is not responsible for declines caused by bank, payment provider, card network, fraud tools, user payment method, or incorrect payment details.
7. Duplicate Payments
If a user believes they were charged more than once for the same order, they must contact support.
Support may request:
- order ID;
- payment reference;
- receipt;
- amount;
- date;
- payment method;
- screenshots or evidence.
If SkinVolt confirms a duplicate payment, SkinVolt may provide an appropriate remedy after review.
The remedy may include refund, balance correction, order correction, or another solution depending on the case and provider limitations.
8. Technical Non-Delivery
Technical non-delivery means payment was confirmed and order was accepted, but the selected item was not delivered or made available due to a verified SkinVolt platform error.
Technical non-delivery does not include:
- incorrect Steam Trade URL;
- invalid token;
- user failing to accept trade offer;
- Steam account restrictions;
- Steam inventory privacy settings;
- trade hold;
- trade ban;
- Steam outage;
- payment provider delay;
- user device/browser issue;
- user misunderstanding;
- market price change;
- fraud/compliance review hold;
- third-party platform limitation.
Where SkinVolt confirms technical non-delivery, SkinVolt may complete delivery, provide replacement where available, provide platform credit, or issue another remedy depending on the circumstances.
9. Steam Trade Delivery
Where delivery is completed through Steam trade offer, users must:
- provide a valid Steam Trade URL;
- ensure their Steam account can receive trade offers;
- keep Steam inventory/trade settings compatible with delivery;
- accept trade offer within required time;
- check that the item matches the order before accepting where applicable.
SkinVolt is not responsible for failed, delayed, or impossible delivery caused by wrong user information, Steam restrictions, user account limitations, trade bans, privacy settings, trade holds, Steam service outage, or third-party platform limitation.
10. Order Cancellation by SkinVolt
SkinVolt may cancel or refuse an order if:
- payment fails;
- payment is reversed;
- item is unavailable;
- item was already sold;
- listing contained a technical error;
- pricing error occurred;
- delivery cannot be completed;
- user fails verification;
- fraud risk is identified;
- chargeback risk is identified;
- AML/KYC risk is identified;
- sanctions risk is identified;
- security risk is identified;
- user violates Terms of Service.
If payment was captured and SkinVolt cancels before delivery due to a confirmed SkinVolt-side issue, SkinVolt may review the case and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
No refund, balance correction, replacement, or other remedy is automatic.
Each case must be reviewed.
11. Market Price Changes
Skin prices may change.
A change in market value, resale value, perceived value, third-party reference price, or item desirability after purchase does not create a refund right.
Users are responsible for reviewing the listed item and price before completing checkout.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users should contact SkinVolt support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks for authorized purchases may result in account suspension, refusal of future service, evidence submission to payment providers, recovery of chargeback fees where permitted, additional fraud/compliance review, and other legally permitted action.
SkinVolt may provide evidence including account details, SteamID64, email, acceptance of terms, IP and device information, payment metadata, order history, delivery logs, Steam trade records, support communications, and fraud/compliance review notes.
13. Refund or Delivery Review Procedure
To request review of a payment or delivery issue, contact:
support@skinvolt.io
Include:
- SkinVolt account email;
- SteamID64 where available;
- order ID;
- payment reference;
- payment receipt;
- date and amount;
- issue description;
- screenshots or evidence where relevant.
Delay in reporting may limit SkinVolt’s ability to investigate.
14. Refund Method
If SkinVolt approves a refund after review, the refund method will depend on payment provider, payment method, legal requirements, fraud/compliance risk, technical limitations, and provider rules.
SkinVolt may refuse refund to a different method where doing so creates fraud, AML, payment, or security risk.
Processing time depends on payment provider, bank, card network, internal review, and technical status.
No fixed refund timeframe is guaranteed.
15. Policy Updates
SkinVolt may update this Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website.
Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect when published.
