SkinVolt does not request, collect, or store Steam passwords, Steam Guard codes, Steam two-factor codes, Steam cookies, or Steam session tokens.
SkinVolt does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

4. Steam Integration
SkinVolt uses Steam sign-in to identify users.
When a user signs in with Steam, SkinVolt may receive public Steam account information such as SteamID64, display name, avatar, and profile URL.
SkinVolt uses SteamID64 as a stable account identifier.
SkinVolt does not collect Steam passwords.
Users must never enter Steam passwords on SkinVolt.
5. Email Communication
SkinVolt may require users to provide email after Steam sign-in.
Email may be used for receipts, order updates, support communication, account notices, security notices, compliance requests, and payment/delivery communication.
SkinVolt does not use email for marketing unless required consent is obtained.
6. Trade URL and Delivery Data
Where delivery requires a Steam Trade URL, SkinVolt may store and process that information to complete item delivery, confirm delivery, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, support order history, and review delivery issues.
Users are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate and controlled by them.
7. Payment Data
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
SkinVolt may receive payment metadata such as payment status, payment reference, amount, currency, provider response, risk or fraud status, and refund/dispute status.
SkinVolt does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes.
Payment providers may process payment data under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
8. Fraud Prevention and Transaction Monitoring
SkinVolt may monitor account activity, orders, payments, refunds, chargebacks, IP data, device data, Steam identifiers, email, Trade URL, support communications, and other risk indicators to prevent fraud, unauthorized payments, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, AML/KYC risk, sanctions risk, account abuse, platform manipulation, and security threats.
Monitoring may be automated, manual, or both.
9. AML / KYC and Verification
SkinVolt may request verification where required or appropriate for suspicious activity, payment disputes, fraud review, high-risk transactions, high-value orders, compliance obligations, payment provider requests, sanctions screening, or refund review.
Verification information may include legal name, date of birth, address, identity document, proof of payment ownership, source-of-funds information, or other reasonable compliance information.
Failure to cooperate may result in account restriction, order cancellation, delivery delay, refund delay, or refusal of service.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
SkinVolt may use cookies, session storage, local storage, analytics technologies, and security tracking systems.
These may be used for login sessions, security, currency preference, cart/session state, fraud prevention, platform performance, analytics, and support widget operation.
Disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
11. Third-Party Services
SkinVolt may use third-party providers including Steam, payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud prevention tools, identity verification providers, cloud hosting providers, database providers, analytics providers, email providers, support/chat tools, professional advisers, regulators, or competent authorities where required.
These providers may process limited information necessary for platform operation, payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, support, dispute resolution, and security.
If Tawk.to or another live chat provider is used, support chat data may be processed by that provider.
12. Sharing of Information
SkinVolt may share user information where required or permitted with payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud prevention providers, verification providers, cloud service providers, email/support providers, professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or competent authorities.
Information may be shared to process transactions, deliver items, verify identity, respond to disputes, contest chargebacks, investigate fraud, enforce policies, comply with law, or protect SkinVolt and users.
13. Chargeback and Dispute Evidence
If a user files a dispute, chargeback, refund claim, fraud claim, or unauthorized transaction claim, SkinVolt may use and share relevant records to respond.
Records may include account information, SteamID64, email, acceptance of terms, order history, payment metadata, IP address, device data, session data, delivery records, Steam trade confirmation records, and support communications.
14. Data Retention
SkinVolt may retain account, transaction, order, delivery, refund, dispute, compliance, and fraud prevention records as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, legal compliance, tax/accounting purposes, fraud prevention, AML/KYC review, sanctions compliance, dispute resolution, chargeback defense, payment provider requirements, security monitoring, policy enforcement, and legitimate business purposes.
Some records may be retained after account closure where retention is necessary or legally permitted.
15. User Rights
Users may request rights available under applicable data protection law, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection.
Some information may not be deleted immediately or fully where retention is necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, AML/KYC requirements, tax/accounting obligations, payment disputes, chargeback defense, security monitoring, or legitimate business purposes.

16. Age Restriction
SkinVolt is intended only for users aged 18 years or older, or the age of legal majority in the user’s jurisdiction if higher.
SkinVolt does not knowingly provide services to minors.
17. International Processing

Where required, SkinVolt will take reasonable steps to protect personal information in accordance with applicable law.
